Your Participation

Here is how you can be part of the vision to create the New Orleans Holocaust Memorial in Woldenberg Park overlooking the Mississippi River.

The cost of the Memorial Project is estimated at $1,000,000.   To date, over $800,000 has been generously contributed to this project.  Many Holocaust survivors and their children have donated over $75,000 collectively.  Your financial support is vital to this important effort.

A Fund has been established at the Jewish Endowment Foundation in New Orleans to accept donations for this important Memorial that will be cherished for the ages.  Your tax-deductible donation can be sent, payable to the Jewish Endowment Foundation for the Holocaust Memorial Project.   The address is 234 Loyola Avenue, Suite 611, New Orleans, LA 70112.

Please note that:

Gifts of $1,000 or more may be paid over a three (3) year period.
Gifts of $2,500 or more may be paid over a five (5) year period.
Any contribution is gratefully accepted.

Donors of $100 or more will be publicly listed in printed material and on a web site.

Donors of $2,500 or more will be inscribed at the Holocaust Memorial Garden* and on the web site.

* Except for the New Americans (survivors) whose families will be inscribed at the Holocaust Memorial Garden
